These Booking Terms & Conditions apply when you schedule a free roof inspection or consultation through the Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC ("Eric Lexi," "we," "us," or "our") online booking system. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
How we handle the information you submit when booking is covered separately in our Privacy Policy. Our general service terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
By using the Eric Lexi online booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the scheduling tool.
Scheduling an appointment is completely free and carries no obligation. Booking an inspection does not constitute a contract for services. No work will begin on your property without a separate signed service agreement.
Available time slots are displayed in real time. Eric Lexi reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, crew availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.
You may cancel or reschedule at any time using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at (855) 273-0353 or Support@EricLexi.com. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible.
If you are unavailable at your scheduled time without prior notice, we reserve the right to mark the appointment as a no-show and release the time slot. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to schedule future appointments.
By completing a booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information. Inaccurate information may result in delays or cancellation. Eric Lexi is not responsible for missed appointments resulting from incorrect information provided at booking.
Our scheduling system is available for properties within our service area — Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, including Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Kennesaw, Woodstock, Canton, Cumming, Gainesville, Buford, Lawrenceville, Duluth, Suwanee, Johns Creek, and Dahlonega. Bookings outside this area may be cancelled.
Our scheduling tool is powered by Microsoft Bookings. By using this tool, you also agree to Microsoft’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Eric Lexi is not responsible for service interruptions or data handling on Microsoft’s platform.
Scheduling a free inspection does not guarantee approval of an insurance claim, a specific inspection result, or any particular scope of work. Findings are based on conditions observed at the time of the visit and are subject to change based on additional assessment.
By booking an inspection, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative with the legal right to grant access to the property. You agree to provide Eric Lexi personnel safe and reasonable access to the exterior of your property on the scheduled date.
You agree to inform Eric Lexi of any known hazards, structural concerns, aggressive animals, or access restrictions prior to the inspection. Eric Lexi reserves the right to postpone or cancel an inspection if site conditions are deemed unsafe for our team.
Eric Lexi uses drone technology to conduct roof inspections. By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of drone imaging over and around your property for the purpose of roof assessment. All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Drone footage is used solely for inspection documentation and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
Inspections may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, high winds, or other conditions that make aerial or physical assessment unsafe or unreliable. Eric Lexi will contact you promptly to reschedule if weather conditions prevent your inspection from taking place.
If you have engaged Eric Lexi for insurance claim assistance, our inspection findings and documentation will be used to support your claim. Eric Lexi makes no guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved. Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance provider pursuant to your individual policy.
During the inspection, Eric Lexi personnel and/or drone equipment may capture photographs and video of your property’s exterior. This material is used solely for inspection reporting, insurance documentation, and internal quality review. It will not be used in marketing or shared publicly without your express written consent.
Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the scheduling, cancellation, or conduct of a free inspection. Our total liability in connection with a free inspection shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00), as no payment is required for this service.
These Booking Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of our booking system or the conduct of a free inspection shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
Eric Lexi reserves the right to update this combined Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our booking system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Insurance claims have time limits. The sooner you act, the better your outcome. Our inspections are always free with zero obligation.
